The problem
Mine engineers ran CMRR calculations in spreadsheets. That worked for one engineer, but not across a team. Each scenario meant a copied sheet, and a reviewer had no way to see who changed which input.
The solution
Built a calculation engine for the Molinda & Mark (1994) NIOSH method. Every input, adjustment and assumption is logged.
Scenario comparison in 2 clicks: a bolt length × roof type matrix. No more copy and paste, broken cell references or fat-fingered formulas.
File uploads, change tracking, and PDF and CSV export.
The result
Comparing support options went from copying sheets for most of an hour to two clicks. A reviewer can trace any rating back to its inputs and the person who entered them.
