Built a custom HR software for the mining company to manage their employees' goals and objectives. This includes a custom dashboard for the HR team to manage the employees and a custom portal for the employees to manage their own goals and objectives.
The solution included chat functionality, three tiers of user permissions, email reminders & notifications, and a custom reporting system.
